Strengthening a senior leadership team

Solution
We first held Interviews with the leaders of the team, team members, senior management to understand the key dynamics, conflict points but also key strenghts and resources of the team.
The next step was a workshop with the Team (with senior management briefly present online at opening and close), addressing
- finding common ground,
- clarifying business and culture goals,
- adressing issues and
- agreeing next steps.
This was followed by brief individual coaching for team leader, workshops with the team members own teams adressing the issues in these teams, held in the various international locations and suppored by pre and post workshop coaching from the team leader.
The process was rounded of by a closing workshop with senior team, where progress made was identified and stabilised and further steps agreed, and finally a debrief with discussion and reccomendations with top management.
