In the context of a market driven by disruptive technologies, digitalisation of organisational processes, expansion of the business in combination with economic challenges, as well as changing values and demands of employees, senior leaders need to provide orientation.
Solution
A 2.5 day mix of training and workshop elements that explore four critical elements of leadership in times of change.
The concept revolves around
- helpful frameworks to identify issues and to provide impactful interventions,
- a bespoke case that condenses the complex reality of the client into a manageable setting to allow the international senior leaders to share experience, codevelop solutions and test them in role play,
- own ongoing cases that are worked on in groups (peer coaching).
In a remote follow-up each participant can explore the practical implementation of the conclusions of the training in a one-hour coaching session.
Impact
