Edith Coron is a senior executive coach (PCC-ICF) and accredited coach supervisor with a global career spanning over thirty years and four continents. From her early years as a war correspondent in Central America to becoming the first qualified coach supervisor in mainland China, she brings a unique depth of perspective to her coaching practice.
Edith works at the intersection of business, people, and organizational development, helping leaders navigate complexity and cultivate authentic, high-impact leadership. Her systemic approach engages individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve sustainable results. She has coached CEOs and senior executives across industries including aeronautics, banking, consumer goods, IT, energy, media, and international organizations.
An active thought leader, Edith founded and chaired the ICF-France Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Coaching and contributed the chapter “AI and Digital Technology in Coaching” to The Coaches’ Handbook (Routledge, 2020).
