Amiel Handelsman is an Executive Coach with more than 25 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. He supports executives, senior leaders, and teams in navigating complexity, building trust, and driving sustainable performance. Amiel draws on extensive experience across sectors, having coached leaders at Fortune 100 companies, healthcare systems, universities, and government agencies. Earlier in his career, he served as Performance Improvement Officer for a 500-person public sector agency, leading cultural and operational transformation initiatives. He has also contributed to advancing the coaching profession as a faculty member at New Ventures West, co-author of the seminal article on Integral Coaching, and author of several books on leadership.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. Certified as an Integral Coach, he combines deep coaching expertise with a lifelong passion for conversations, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
